Refund policy

There is a firm 30-day scan deadline. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to successfully complete and submit your scan. If we do not receive your scan within 30 days, your order will be cancelled and we'll refund your purchase minus the 3% transaction fees and a $500 production-reservation fee. Full refunds are not available.

Once your scan is submitted, your order is non-refundable. Because your Beatrice Form is custom made from your individual scan, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after we receive your scan.

Scan clothing fit issues. If your scan clothing does not fit properly as described here, please let us know via email. If we're unable to resolve your fit issue via email consultation, we're happy to provide 1 size exchange within 10 days of purchase at no additional cost to you.

Pre-scan consultations are required for all clients. Clients whose forms are being shipped to the US need to complete their 30 minute pre-scan consultation before their scan. Clients whose forms are being shipped outside of the US need to complete their 30 minute pre-scan consultation before their scan kit ships.
