Shipping policy

Delivery area. We currently ship to clients in the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, UK, the EU, Australia, and New Zealand. If you are in UK, the EU, Australia, or New Zealand, please contact us to order. For all other locations, please subscribe to our newsletter for future updates.

Rates. We offer flat rate shipping to most destinations as weight/dimensions vary due to the custom nature of our product. Rates are as follows (all in USD, QUOTE means contact us for a quote):

Canada Area 1 includes Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. Canada Area 2 includes all other provinces.

These rates may change in the future due to carrier rate changes.

Shipping to the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Canada Area 2, and Alaska/Hawaii is based on size and weight at the time of purchase. Please contact us for an estimate.

How we deliver our forms. Our forms ship Ground or UPS Standard International via UPS in one box which contains the bodice, stand base, stand pole, and accessories kit. To ensure safe delivery, we insure each form shipment and require a signature. If there’s any issue or question regarding your form, please save the packaging and contact us right away. Our scanning kits are delivered via UPS and USPS and do not require signature.

Insurance. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING! Your form shipping fee includes insurance for replacement in case of damage or loss during shipment. In order to make a claim on your behalf and replace any damaged/missing parts without any cost to you, you must take photos of the unopened damaged box as well as more photos of the damage inside as you open it up and email these photos to us within 7 days. Without receiving this photo documentation within 7 days, we won't be able to file a claim and any replacement costs including shipping will be your responsibility.

Local pickup. If you're local to the Denver Metro area, you can pick up your form when it's ready at our Frederick workshop. If you'd like to take advantage of this option, please contact us to make arrangements in advance of pickup.

Duties and Taxes. If you’re receiving your order outside of the US, you agree to pay all duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage, and any other customs fees when the scan kit and Beatrice Dress Form arrive. We’re unable to accept returned merchandise or provide refunds due to the client’s failure to pay duties, tariffs, and customs fees, failure to take timely delivery of shipments, or any other reason the shipments of the scan kit or Beatrice Dress Form fail to clear customs. Beatrice Forms is not responsible for any changes to duties, tariffs, taxes, or any fees associated with customs.
